Start with tidy notebook cloud

How to get an account on tidy notebook cloud, the hosted service, and what the account can do before it has a plan.

Create an account

  1. Select Create an account below. The account is at app.tidynotebook.com.
  2. Open the link in the message that we send, to confirm your email address.
  3. Sign in. Your free trial gives Standard access for 14 days from account creation. No card or payment is required.
  4. To keep access after the trial, select Open billing and buy a Standard subscription.
  5. The trial does not charge you. A paid subscription starts when the payment is confirmed and applied.

Your account

  • Each account is for one person and has its own notes. An invitation makes a new, separate account.
  • An invitation gives a new account the same 14 days trial. It does not share the subscription of the person who invited you.
  • After the trial, an unpaid account is locked. Existing accounts keep their access. For help, write to support@tidynotebook.com to ask.
  • A locked account can sign in, export its notes, open billing and remove itself. It cannot change notes.

Prices and refunds

Standard is for one person. It costs $5 each month or $50 each year, in US dollars, plus tax. New cloud accounts get a free trial for 14 days from account creation. No card is required. The trial does not charge you.

Paddle sells the plans as the merchant of record. Ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment. Read the refund policy.

When an account is removed

  • A new account with no plan and no access from the team is removed 30 days after it is made.
  • When a plan ends, the account is locked. It is removed 90 days after the plan ends.
  • We send a mail before we remove an account. Until then, you can sign in and export your notes. Export has download limits.
